:o weird.. try to put a smaller number to the width.. i mean you go to filter > stylize > progessive contour and then stuff. :D or did i totally misunderstood

Well kinda..lol..after the part where I have to add the glowing part it comes out too thick like with the thickness,

Ok, I'll play around with them..well I'm still working on how to get the glowing lines on a picture but when i try to add the white to be the glowing it wont add on, in any picture..lol.. So I'm just trying many different ones.
